  • Migration of your blog posts, pages & comments from Blogger, Typepad, WordPress.com, Moveable Type
  • Custom permalink structures and/or htaccess redirects in order to retain original post/page permalinks (so your links don’t “break” around the web)
  • Migration of all images uploaded to Blogger, WordPress.com, Typepad, Moveable Type, etc to be stored on your local server (most free services such as Blogger do not allow you to “hotlink” images stored on their servers, so this avoids broken images down the line) with all source URLs updated appropriately
  • Installation & basic configuration of 5 Rent a Geek Mom recommended plugins: All in One SEO Pack, WP DB Backup, FD Feedburner Plugin, WP Thread Comment, and WP Super Cache

This package does not include:

  • Converting faux posts as pages, such as About Me post in Blogger, to a WordPress static page
